WIT 2023 benner 1024x512 1920 × 300 px

Colorado’s tech community is powered by women leaders who were dedicated to empowering their teams, organizations, community, and beyond. The Women in Tech (WIT) Conference celebrated and supported our unique community.

In its 13th year, the WIT Conference was a retreat-style event celebrating women across technology. In 2023, over 650 women gathered to hear from a variety of dynamic speakers and engaged in meaningful discourse on technology trends, leadership, and the opportunities and challenges facing women building a career in tech.

At our 2023 Women in Tech Conference, we explored the theme, “When Women Lead.” We discussed how our organizations, teams, and communities change when women are in leadership positions, how women contribute to the thriving Colorado tech community, and how we could create opportunities for a broader range of voices and perspectives moving forward.
